They've got a gym covering cardio and weights and a separate programmable gym, which is perfect for women only sessions. The 25-metre pool is ideal for lane swimming and lessons, while the teaching pool runs aqua aerobics and aqua splash sessions. Our sports hall and indoor courts host badminton, basketball, squash and pickleball, and there's the ECB Urban Cricket Hub if you're keen to practise your batting.
